With a growing number of users on the Repositive Cancer Models Platform, we are always on the look-out for how to improve our user experience and customer support.

Based on our user feedback, we have launched a live chat support option, available to all users on our Cancer Models Platform.

You will find the chat panel on the lower right-side corner of the screen when you are browsing cancer models on our platform (see image above).

Variety of channels on the live chat allows the users to address their issues by having a conversation with our customer support team. We are at your disposal from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (ETC). While you are here, we wanted to let you know that we continue to launch additional search functionality for our platform including filters for genetic mutations and drug treatment response.
