It was demonstrated in a medical study that Chaga mushrooms had anti-tumor properties, anti-diabetic effects, and anti-inflammatory effects; however, the research mainly employed an extracted and more concentrated version of the mushroom.

Reishi mushroom was found to have the potential to delay memory declines in animal studies. However, testing its effects on human trials is still necessary to prove the same effect.

There is also evidence that the lion’s mane can protect against dementia, alleviate mild anxiety and depression, and restore damaged nerves.

Cordyceps mushroom is believed to help improve athletic performance and reduce fatigue. Cordyceps mushroom is also thought to have immune-boosting properties.

Mud\Wtr Matcha

Matcha contains a high concentration of catechins, a group of antioxidant-rich plant chemicals in tea. One study found that matcha’s concentration of catechins was up to 137 times higher than other green teas. Matcha can decrease free radical damage and increase antioxidant activity.

How To Take Mud\Wtr?
